What Varca/Benaulim Needs?
In the days (3-4 years back) that i used to be with AAP Goa.. a handful of us(most of us are no longer with AAP anymore) drafted a small manifesto for our Village constituency but towards the end of our campaigning , our great leaders cropped it so much to make it a one page draft, with major content deleted. we were forced to be quiet.
Anyway, i have decided to share it out to all that needs it and can contribute to your own village success, irrespective to whichever party that you belong to. Goa comes first.
I have “Striked out” AAP as i know they cant or didnt want to implement it in the past and most likely wont any more in the future.
